What I fly

One pilot, nine ways to see your project

Every service below is planned and edited by the same person: an FAA Part 107 licensed, fully insured drone pilot with more than 20 years of photography and video experience. Pick the one that matches what you need to show, track or sell, or combine them on a single visit. For stills of homes, businesses, land and events, start with drone photography in Louisville.

Monthly or milestone documentation

Construction Progress Photography

Stay on schedule and keep every stakeholder informed with consistent aerial updates. I document commercial, industrial and infrastructure builds from groundbreaking to completion, weekly, monthly or at key milestones, from the same angles each visit so progress is easy to compare.

  • Repeat angles and elevations on a set schedule
  • High-resolution stills, color-corrected and straightened
  • Orthomosaic maps and 3D models when you need measurements

Milestone and marketing films

Construction Progress Video

Aerial and ground video that shows each stage of development with cinematic clarity. Contractors, developers and investors use progress films for owner updates, milestone announcements and marketing the finished work.

Facilities, plants and developments

Commercial & Industrial Photography

Warehouses, plants, office buildings and retail developments, captured from the air and the ground to show scale, access and setting. Each shoot is planned around your operations and site access.

Orthomosaics and 3D models

Aerial Mapping

High-resolution 2D maps and 3D models for construction, engineering and land development. Mapping gives your team measurable, georeferenced imagery faster than walking the site, and a record you can compare visit to visit. It is visual documentation, not a legal boundary survey.

Roofs, towers and hard-to-reach structures

Drone Inspections

Close, detailed imagery of roofs, cell towers, water towers and other structures without ladders, lifts or shutdowns. You get clear photos and video of the condition to share with your roofer, engineer or insurer.

Retail, office and investment property

Commercial Real Estate Photography

Show a property and everything around it: access, parking, visibility and the neighborhood that makes the location work. Aerial and ground images for brokers, owners and developers marketing retail centers, office space and land.

Homes, estates and acreage

Real Estate Photography

Aerial and ground photography that helps buyers understand a home before they visit: the house, the lot, the views and the neighborhood. Interior and exterior ground photography is available on the same visit.

Cinematic video up to 5.1K

Drone Video

Smooth, cinematic aerial video for marketing campaigns, events, properties and projects, edited into a finished film that is ready to share.

When a drone cannot go high or far enough

Helicopter Aerial Photography

Some views need more altitude, more range or airspace a drone cannot enter. Helicopter photography captures sweeping views of the city, the river and large developments for tourism, infrastructure and marketing work.

Common questions

Questions about my services

Which service do I need?

Tell me about the site and what the images are for. I will recommend the right mix of photos, video and mapping, and you can also call or text (502) 387-1142.

Can you combine services on one visit?

Yes. Photos, video and mapping can be captured on the same visit, which saves a second trip.

How fast are files delivered?

Edited photos arrive in 24 to 48 hours and video in 48 to 72 hours.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 licensed and fully insured pilot, and I check and clear the airspace before every flight.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the site, what you need captured and how often. Send the address and what you have in mind, and you get one clear price for the whole job before the flight.

What areas do you cover?

Louisville, Lexington and the rest of Kentucky, plus Southern Indiana, including New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville and Evansville.
