Land sells from the air
You cannot photograph acreage from the road
From the road, a land listing is a fence line and a treeline. From the air it becomes what it actually is: fields, timber, water, frontage and the neighbors around it, in one frame a buyer understands before they ever drive out. Aerial photography turns acreage that is hard to picture into a listing that sells itself.

01 · Parcel outlines
Where the property begins and ends
Boundary overlays drawn on real aerial frames show each parcel, its road frontage and how the pieces fit together. When land is offered as separate tracts, the outlines show every tract and its acreage at a glance. Every outline is approximate and for marketing reference only, not a survey.

A land buyer is paying for lines they cannot see from the road.
02 · Context and callouts
Show what surrounds the land
For commercial and development land, what surrounds the property matters as much as the property itself. Labels for nearby towns, highways, rail lines and major employers put the tract in context, like this listing on both sides of Dixie Highway in West Point, Kentucky. Read the West Point story.

03 · Water, timber and access
The features a listing promises
Ponds, creeks, hardwoods, trails, barns and gravel drives are what land buyers look for, and each one reads best from a different height. Low passes show the pond and the dock; high frames show how the fields, timber and access roads fit together.

04 · Large and unusual property
From farmland to a former ski resort
Big tracts need a plan: several launch points, repeat passes and wide frames that show the whole property. A 500-acre former ski resort in Starlight, Indiana, took the same approach, with its old runs still traced in the tree line. See the Starlight story.

Land questions
Land and acreage: common questions
Are the parcel outlines a survey?
No. Outlines are drawn from the plat, GIS map or sketch you provide and are approximate, for marketing reference only. Each outlined frame can carry that note.
Can you show several parcels in one listing?
Yes. Separate tracts can each get their own outline and acreage label, and a wide frame can show how they fit together.
What do you need from me?
The property location, a plat, survey or GIS outline if you have one, and the landmarks you want labeled. I plan the flight around the property and the light.
How large a property can you fly?
From a few acres to several hundred. Large tracts are flown from more than one launch point so every part of the land is covered.
