Working in New Albany
New Albany and Floyd County
New Albany is the Floyd County seat, directly across the Ohio River from Louisville by the Sherman Minton Bridge, with the historic Mansion Row district downtown and the Knobs rising to the west. That mix of river, historic homes and hills makes for some of the most varied aerial work in the Louisville area. Next door in Clarksville, I photographed a shopping center from every side and at several altitudes in September 2026, and my Jeffersonville build-to-suit story shows a commercial facility inside and out.
