A new medical clinic is going up on the edge of Elizabethtown, and the builder wanted a record of it from the earthwork stage to the finished building. Once a month, in the first week, the site gets the same flight: the same positions, the same heights, the same directions. Each visit delivers edited aerial photos and raw video clips, and at the end of the job the footage becomes one edited highlight film.
July 28: the site is moving
The first flight caught the site in grading. From the road side you can see how much earth is on the move and the new contours taking shape. Closer in, the excavator and haul trucks show the pace of the work.
September 2: a building pad
Five weeks later, from the same positions, the gravel building pad is in place and the utilities are staged and ready to go in. Two photos from the same spot, a month apart, answer the question every owner and lender asks: how far along is it?
The same flight, the same angles, every month. That is what makes progress easy to see.
What each visit delivers

The clinic is expected to be finished in November 2027, and the flights continue every month until then.
