In May 2025 the lot at 3910 Produce Road was graded dirt beside an older warehouse. By April 2026 it was 264 Commerce Center: a 119,850 square foot Class A warehouse and distribution building with 32-foot clear height, 16 dock doors and a 140-foot truck court.
I flew it for Duane Realty Group the whole way, month after month, from the same corner of the site each time. This is the full story of that year: every visit, the day the walls went up, the steel, the snow, the finished building and the marketing film that came out of it.

The film
Halfway through the build, Duane Realty asked for something they could market the building with. I cut the tilt-up footage, the finished-building renderings and their leasing details into a single film for their brokers, website and social media. The team called it perfect.
The days the walls went up
Tilt-up construction is the most dramatic part of a build like this. The wall panels are poured flat on the slab, then a crawler crane lifts each one, stands it on end and holds it while the crew braces it into place. I flew two days in a row in July 2025 to catch it: from the first panels on July 22 to nearly the whole perimeter standing on July 23.

Steel, roof and shell
By September the walls were standing and roof steel was going on. October brought joists and deck across the whole footprint, and by early November the building was a finished blue and white shell with paving under way.
Through the winter
The December visit came after the first snow, with the entrance and truck court in place. In January there was not enough new work to justify a flight, so Duane Realty and I skipped it. In February we waited for the snow to melt off the truck courts before flying again, so the photos would show the site and not the weather.
Finished
The last visit was on April 14, 2026, with the paving striped, the grass in and the building ready for a tenant.

Each visit was delivered by download link, with photos and 4K video in their own folders, and the schedule moved with the work: two days in a row for the tilt-up, a skipped month when nothing had changed, and a wait for the snow to clear.
