A shopping center sells itself on location, access and the tenants around it, and a leasing brochure has to show all three at once. For a regional center in Clarksville, Indiana, the brief was simple: updated photos for the property’s marketing brochure, taken from every side and at several altitudes. The flight was on September 9, 2026, and the edited set of about 100 photos was delivered the same day.
The whole property, from altitude
High, wide frames show what a site plan cannot: the anchor stores, the parking fields and the roads that bring shoppers in. They are the first image a prospective tenant sees.
